Flixbus don't care Before i believe that Flixbus is a trusted company. But seriously this is a trash bus company. They didn't help you with you lost things. I left a luggage bag by accident in the bus in Hamburg. I reported it the same day july 28, 2020, and was told to wait for someone who will report it.

Do not use flixbus. Ever. I had to catch the bus at 2.25 AM in Enschede and it was more than 90 minutes late. I had to wait in the cold with my girlfriend who is sick. I called the customer service three times and they kept lying to me, the bus would come in 5 minutes. We could have just gotten in a hotel.
